Celebrating 10 years, we’ve renovated our gym to elevate your training! Plus, MyGYM is now a Hyrox Affiliated Gym, giving you access to our Hyrox Training Club for elite endurance, strength, and speed workouts.

Opening Hours

The gym is open from 6.45am till 8.45pm, 7 days a week and all classes are bookable via GymSync.​
