How do I pay my first wedding deposit and by when?

The first non-refundable deposit of £500 will be due on booking and confirming your wedding date with us.
This can be paid by debit card or credit card, in person, via payment link or bank transfer.
The second deposit of £500 will be due one year before the wedding with the third deposit of £1000 due six months before the wedding. The final balance will be due by at least one month before the wedding date.
Please note that the balance updates will always be shown on your event sheet and your deposits and balance payment will be made from this.

What are the next steps after wedding deposit has been paid?

You will receive e-mail confirmation of your wedding, the booking process and a copy of your booking on an ‘event sheet’ which will show all your wedding details, pricing and payments made to date with the outstanding balance showing.
A meeting can then be arranged for a mutually convenient time between yourselves and the Wedding Co-ordinator to discuss your wedding day arrangements, any questions you may have and give you an overview of a typical wedding day here at the Weald of Kent.
The event sheet will be e-mailed to you when any amendments are made to it, so that you are kept updated at every step.
If you would like to have another meeting to clarify anything for your wedding day, this can be arranged at a mutually convenient time with the Wedding Co-ordinator .
As we strive to make your wedding day as perfect as we can for you, it is important that we have all your information and requirements so that they can then be detailed on your event sheet. Please remember if it is not on your event sheet, we won’t know about it.
