Motocaddy Christmas FREE Bag Promotion

Between Friday 1st November and Tuesday 31st December 2019, customers who purchase any Motocaddy Lithium Trolley will be eligible to claim a FREE Motocaddy Golf Bag worth up to £219.99. The bag model is dependent on the following criteria:

  • Purchase an S1 Lithium, claim a Lite-Series bag worth £119.99

  • Purchase an M1, claim a Club-Series bag worth £139.99

  • Purchase an M1 DHC or M3 PRO, claim an AquaFLEX bag worth £199.99

  • Purchase an M5 CONNECT, M5 CONNECT DHC, S7 REMOTE or M-TECH, claim a Dry-Series bag worth £219.99

 

How to make a claim

To claim your free golf bag, following an eligible purchase, you will need to submit your claim and upload proof of purchase at www.motocaddy.com/freebag by Sunday the 19th January 2020 and Motocaddy will dispatch the free bag directly to you within 25 working days of receiving the claim. 

The promotion is available on purchases made and delivered inside the UK and Ireland with an address in the UK or Ireland for the bag to be sent to. The promotion is not available in conjunction with any other offer & is available by redemption only - not at point of purchase. 

  • Promotion only available on purchases made and delivered inside the UK and Republic of Ireland

  • Promotion only available to participants resident within the UK and Republic of Ireland, with an address in the UK or Republic of Ireland for the bag to be sent to

  • Promotion not available in conjunction with any other offer

  • The Motocaddy trolley must be received by the claimant before the promotional end date for the claim to be valid. Claims for trolleys ordered but not received before 31st December 2019 are invalid

  • Any claims for purchases outside the promotional dates are invalid

  • Promotion is only available to end-users (i.e. not available to any Motocaddy retailer)

  • Free golf bag model and colour will be at the discretion of Motocaddy

  • Free golf bag will be delivered within 25 working days of receiving the claim. If a free bag is not received within 25 working days, please contact Motocaddy within the next 7 days

  • If a trolley is returned, Motocaddy will require the free bag to be returned

  • Promotion available subject to availability and Motocaddy reserve the right to withdraw the promotional offer prior to the promotional closing date without notice

  • Promotional terms and conditions are subject to change without notice

  • Motocaddy reserves the right to disqualify claims which it considers do not comply with these terms and conditions or are considered fraudulent

Standard Warranty Conditions

The trolley and charger are covered by a 24 month warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects that occur during normal use. Any breakage caused by accidental damage or as a result of abuse or misuse (as set out in the relevant manual) or commercial use is not covered. Motocaddy batteries are covered by a separate warranty (12 month Lead-acid / 24 month Lithium) and can be registered online using our Battery Warranty Registration form.

The standard Motocaddy warranty only covers purchases made in the UK and Republic of Ireland and use of the trolley, battery and charger in the UK and the Republic of Ireland. If you encounter a problem with your trolley, battery or charger within the warranty period, please contact the place of purchase or call us direct on +44 (0)1279 712370 to allow us to rectify the problem as soon as possible. In the unlikely event you need to make a claim you must provide your proof of purchase so please ensure this is retained.

If we diagnose that you require a spare part, we will send it to you by first class post with easy to follow fitting instructions. Failing which we will collect, repair (if possible) and return the faulty product (or its replacement) at our cost (in the case of a faulty trolley, this must be in its original packaging). If the fault is not covered by these warranty conditions, you will be liable for the courier and admin charges plus the costs of parts and labour. A repair will normally be carried out but in the unlikely event that the trolley, battery or charger cannot be fixed, a replacement will be given. Any repairs or replacements made without charge do not carry a new warranty beyond that of the original purchase.

The warranties contained herein are offered as an extra benefit and do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. These warranties are non-transferrable.

Motocaddy Lithium Warranty (valid for sales from 01/01/17)

The Motocaddy Lithium battery and charger are both covered by a full 24-month warranty from the date of purchase. In addition to the standard 24-month warranty, Motocaddy now offer a 5-year warranty (additional 3-years) on the battery (this excludes the charger). Both the standard and 5-year warranties only cover purchases made in the UK and Republic of Ireland, for use in the UK and Republic of Ireland.

In order to qualify for the 5-year warranty (additional 3-years) the battery must be registered online using the relevant Warranty Registration form within 45 days of purchase.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects that occur during normal use. Any breakage caused by accidental damage or as a result of abuse or misuse or commercial use is not covered. Motocaddy warrant that all LiFePO4 Lithium batteries will retain 75% of the original rated capacity (Wh).

Any repairs or replacements made without charge do not carry a new warranty beyond that of the original purchase. The warranties contained herein are offered as an extra benefit and do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. We reserve the right to request a proof of purchase. We also reserve the right depending on location to charge for shipping on any new replacement battery and this will be at our discretion at the time of replacement.

Motocaddy Lithium Warranty (valid for sales from 01/01/12)

The Motocaddy Lithium battery and charger are both covered by a full 24 month warranty from the date of purchase. In addition to the standard 24 month warranty, Motocaddy now offer a 5 year limited warranty (additional 3 years) on the battery (this excludes the charger). In order to qualify for the 5 year limited warranty, please register online using the Warranty Registration form.

If your product should fail during the 3rd year of ownership, Motocaddy will offer you a brand new replacement for 50% of the purchase price of the product. Year 4, 70% of the listed purchase price and year 5, 85% of the listed purchase price. Any purchased product will come with a new 5 year limited warranty.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects that occur during normal use. Any breakage caused by accidental damage or as a result of abuse or misuse or commercial use is not covered. Motocaddy warrant that all LiFePO4 Lithium batteries will retain 75% of the original rated capacity (Wh).

Both the standard and 3-year warranties only cover purchases made in the UK and Republic of Ireland, for use in the UK and Republic of Ireland.

Standard LitePower Lithium Warranty

The LitePower battery and charger are both covered by a 24 month warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects that occur during normal use. Any breakage caused by accidental damage or as a result of abuse or misuse or commercial use is not covered.

It is important to note that the Battery Management System (BMS) in your LitePower battery is designed to protect your battery from over discharge - a condition proven to seriously shorten the life of your battery. If the battery is left discharged for more than two weeks, the BMS may prevent charging to protect the battery. If this occurs, please contact LitePower for advice. If a reset is required, the remaining warranty period will be voided.

The standard LitePower warranty only covers purchases made in the UK and Republic of Ireland and use of the battery and charger within this region. If you encounter a problem with your battery or charger within the warranty period, please contact the place of purchase or call us direct to allow us to rectify the problem as soon as possible. In the unlikely event you need to make a claim you must provide your proof of purchase so please ensure this is retained.

Motocaddy Accessories and Bags are covered by a 12 month warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects that occur during normal use. Any breakage caused by accidental damage or as a result of abuse, misuse or commercial use is not covered.

The standard Motocaddy warranty only covers purchases made in the UK and Republic of Ireland and use within the UK and the Republic of Ireland. If you encounter a problem within the warranty period, please contact the place of purchase or call us direct to allow us to rectify the problem as soon as possible.
